Relax in the spacious second bedroom, which features a queen bed, private access to a bathroom, a TV, large dresser, and lounge chair. Host a slumber party in the third bedroom, equipped with two twin-over-half bunk beds, a TV, and sizable closet. Keep your packing to a minimum by doing laundry with the full-sized washer/dryer. Enjoy new upgrades including new patio furniture, HD TVs, memory foam king and queen toppers, and primary bedroom dresser. Take advantage of the condo association’s three outdoor swimming pools, two indoor fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
