Located on a lovely wooded lot and with easy access to both the bay and beach, this home is perfect for quiet and rejuvenating downtime. Enjoy fishing and crabbing in the canal or a fast game of foosball in the den. Best of all, you'll have a glistening pool to splash around in. Most of your time will be spent poolside, but the beach is just a short stroll away, as well as Little Island State Park and the fishing pier! Take advantage of the free WiFi, jetted tub in the main bath, grill, foosball table, and open and screened porches. THINGS TO KNOW Gas fireplace for off-season use only October-May The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Pool large and clean. Set up good, lots of seating for meals, 3 bedrooms up, 3 down with extra sleep area in game room. House VERY dated, rugs, worn, dirty, screened in porch has many tears in the screens, lots of mosquitos. Grass foot tall in backyard. Ladies panties left under downstairs vanity, lower bathroom floor is soft outside of shower. Ice maker in fridge produces no ice. Location is great, 5 minute walk to beach. 10 minute walk to couple bars/ restaurants.

The house was big enough for all 15 of us The pool was great! Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the dock also!
