Fabulous weekend in a beautiful home and the weather was perfect

The house is large, with a wonderful location and beautiful views. Unfortunately, some deficiencies with the amenities and some cleanliness issues detracted from the high points. The owners should roll some of the proceeds to upgrading the kitchen equipment. Further, there should be detailed instructions on how to operate the existing equipment, such as the garbage disposal, if it is not clear.

We enjoyed our stay and loved seeing the view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and upstairs bedroom. Your place was clean and bright and perfect for any reunion. We would love to stay here again.

Definitely was delighted upon arrival. After a good look around, this home revealed it needed much more attention to detail & cleaning. It has definitely seen better days.....

Magical property -- plenty of space for everyone, beautiful views, and even a toy-room for our kids! We loved the beautiful direct beach access and the beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for a family trip. Management, however, is not local -- we we ran into multiple snags on that front. The heater for the pool is not accessible to guests or the pool maintenance company (it is in a locked basement). We could not get in contact with any sort of local management to turn it on. We also had issues with trash pickup, and were on our own getting that sorted out with the local waste management company. Given the price point of the property, I would have really appreciated help from someone local instead of spending so much time chatting with a round-robin of non-local customer services reps who were very polite but ultimately useless. In the end, I had to get into contact with the local trash company and flag down the pool maintenance folks myself. Our trash did get picked up eventually, but we never did get the pool heater turned on.

Family vacations are about the people. I book these because if you dont create space to be together, that space gets filled with everyday life and time flies. That being said this house made a positive difference in our time together and was more than a space. Moving easily from the beach to the pool area, enjoying the large kitchen for cooking, listening to the waves from any part of the house, finding a space for privacy and reflection while still being around family in this.large house- this all contributed a lot to a perfect vacation with people I love!
