Our first time staying in Yarmouth, and we were there for 4 nights/3 days. Loved the access to the backyard from both ends of the house. The shed also includes a brand new umbrella, and the beach towels and linens were great. Very cute, up to date and clean from floor to ceiling. The patio was a favorite spot, but don’t leave any food unattended-while using the outdoor shower one day, I looked up to see a seagull with a hamburger bun in his mouth. My husband was making dinner and had gone inside to get something!

This property was easily located to everything in Yarmouth, Hyannis, and Dennis. Close to Seagull Beach and a great little neighborhood for walking our 5 month old grandson. Would definitely stay here again. Rental experience was very efficient and easy.

We adored this property and had a wonderful stay! This property is well-decorated and well-equipped! Everything you could possibly need for cooking or enjoying the outdoor amenities was at the ready. Location was ideal--just a short walk to the beach. The yard was incredibly well-landscaped, and the option to relax by the fire was so enjoyable. Highly recommend this property to anyone! We had an amazing stay and hope to come back again :)
