This is my third year staying here and the unit is ALWAYS clean, nearly spotless. The bathrooms are clean, the towels are fresh and the kitchen is neat, orderly and the refrigerator is ready for groceries. The bay front setting is lovely, quiet and encourages an early morning wake-up for long walks at low tide. This is so close to Provincetown and its shopping and restaurant that you'll regularly visit simply because you can. Close to great beaches. Will be back again.

This condo was the perfect little place to relax for a quick Cape Cod getaway. The location was perfect. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The A/C is nice and cool, the bed comfy, and I loved the nice, big, soft towels!!! There were also beach towels provided which was very convenient since I had flown in from another state. The condo was very clean as well. I didn't love having carpet, but overall it was very clean. The shower was great as well. There were even little amenities like dish soap, laundry detergent etc. which was perfect! The condo is a little out dated and a bit run down if you are looking for something modern and chic. And the only thing that was a little tricky was getting the door code to unlock at first. Eventually I learned the trick! Overall, I would stay here again. It is everything I needed and in a great location and very clean. Thank you!
