The Wellfleet town center area offers many great restaurants for a variety of tastes, too many to mention by name. Across from Mayo beach Wellfleet offers basketball, pickle ball and tennis courts, skate park, and volleyball net with a great playground for the kids which hold scheduled activities are available (Jun – Sept). The home sits just moments away from the bike trail, MA Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary with 5 miles of walking trails, Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre, pubs, mom 'n pop shops, art galleries, and the endless natural beauty of the outer cape draw loyal vacationers. With 1450 square feet of cozy living space, this home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open kitchen living room layout is perfect for relaxing and having conversation. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor deck, complete with a separate enclosed outdoor shower. The Florida room, located off the kitchen, is an ideal spot for lounging.
