The soap dispenser (pump bottle) in the downstairs bathroom is broken. We discovered it this morning when we went to take our showers. Also there's a broom and the umbrella for the porch table laying in the yard near the shed. Also we discovered that two of the shades in the "great" room were missing and then realized they're propped in the corner. Also reviews from 2022 mentioned lack of hot water in the upstairs bathroom. My friends who were upstairs also mentioned that there was no hot water. No manual for us to know about the property. We had a rough time getting the downstairs shower to work. How do you get the mini-splits to work? A manual also would let us know what we needed to do before we left. We did take out the trash but left the beds alone. Thanks for conveying this to whomever needs to know it.
The quietness of the Cape and ease of the house, near the lake , great walking area
House in a great location for Falmouth and Western Cape. Large plot with garden and outside decking. Good communal kitchen and living area for 8. TV/wifi setup great. Property let down by bathrooms and upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms are very dark (broken lamps and not ceiling light.) upstairs bathroom poorly designed and water not hot. Generally bedroom furniture is dated.
Was a large house for 8 people and 2 baths. Close to beaches and stores, downtown.
This first floor is very nice and clean. We appreciated that the 1st flr bedrooms were clran, sheets and towels were also clean. The kitchen and 1st floor bathroom seem newer. Nice layout and really nice backyard. The send floor bathroom is old and has weird door that make it difficult to get out of the bathroom. The 2nd floor bedrooms are also old and have a weird smell (could be the old carpet).
