Location is everything, and you have it here! This place work out well. The views from the deck and the front window are breath taking. You are in the heart of the town. Stated in other reviews, bring chairs for the deck and dont lean on the railing. The one thing you should know is there are alot of stairs. Dont over pack.

The Location is truly the best part of this rental. The home itself was overall terrible as far as the cleanliness, temperature, and things that are far from updated. The carpets are disgusting all over the unit. The Furnature inside the unit as well as outside needs to be replaced ASAP. The outside Furnature only has on lounge chair and the broken one is there but unusable. This was noted in reviews from years ago and it hasn't been removed or replaced. The Air conditioning is the worst. The bedroom unit is USELESS. The washer and dryer in the unit work well but the heat they give off in an open aired room that exhausts doesn't allow ANY airflow and makes the unit horribly hot. It took more than a day for the unit to recover heat wise. There are extra pillows and bedding in the unit but no extra pillow cases. The pillows to add to out main bed didnt have covers for the first night till we had to ask for more. As a side note there were 4 extra pillows in the unit all with no covers. The comforter/quilt on the bed was stained and dirty. The bed needs the bed slats need to be secured in some fashion. by just sleeping we had to fix them daily. The front door we never received a code for the key to the door. It took phone calls to get the code and this was not necessary since the email with the unit door code came correctly. We went out and bought toilet paper since the toilet paper in the unit was like using sandpaper...sometimes basic items need to not be at level zero. The bathroom itself was fine, shower was decent. the first level is the only level that stays cool. The best thing about this place is the location. Located next to Town Hall and on commercial street, it was not noisy and you’re close to the beach and all the sights of P-Town.

This location cannot be beat! You are in the heart of town and the view from the front window is the best!

The Location was amazing, the terrace was fabulous. They could fit three more beds in there.

The rental was exactly as advertised. Very spacious! And a perfect location! Very clean upon arrival. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was super convenient. The deck outside was beautiful. Would definitely rent again!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable Prime location to walk to all the shops and restaurants.
