Overall, the property is worth it for the price. It’s cute and for two people the perfect amount of space—you’re not paying for a 5 star hotel and I think others need to remember that. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom is incredibly small—hard to fit much in there and there was nothing in the shower to hold soap or bottles off the ground—which made it difficult to shower. That could be solved by a simple suction container. Otherwise, it’s local to so many awesome Cape places, quiet, and you’re literally able to walk to the beach from the house. We’d stay again if we came back!

The home had electrical issues - we turned on a light and they’d flicker before shorting the home. Both TVs and AC did the same. We called customer support who said they’d have someone come out same day - they never did and we ended up sitting in the dark for our two nights, with no wifi or tv to make up for it. I hope our experience is a rare one - but how companies act when things goes wrong is telling - in this case they didn’t act at all.

Cute house and close to an awesome beach! The pull out couch worked for two small kids. The bed isn’t very comfy, maybe bring something to sleep on.

The property was close to everything including seagull beach and capt Parkers. The 2 room house was perfect for two people. Even though attached to another property it was private. It was fenced in too. Only complaint was that it did have insects inside with all the doors and windows closed.

Very nice quiet neighborhood. Clean just right for two people.
