Anchors Await

The house would have been perfect had someone come to fix tv issues and the broken air. It was reported but no one showed up. The house itself is comfy, very clean, and well appointed ( except for just 1 small skillet).

Quiet neighborhood, chill environment. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy a family vacation.

Not exactly as advertised. We weren’t allowed to use the private resident beach even though I showed the man at the parking lot the permit info. Also there was no outside shower it was out of service. Those 2 things were the main reason I chose this cottage over others. The place was clean and comfortable. It was a safe quiet neighborhood. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas for the beach. I would bring some condiments if you can because the fridge was totally bare. Also bring your own coffee because there was only a little ground coffee left in a container not enough for my week stay. I went out and bought my own.

The house was lovely and very cozy. Great central location for everything we wanted to see and do! I would recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

We really enjoyed our time at Anchors Await. It was lovely decorated and thoughtfully equipped. We only stayed for 4 nights, felt very much at home and were sad to leave at the end.

Well maintained and cosy property. You feel that the owner must be a careful and respectful person. If we did not already have another reservation, we would have loved to stay longer 😁😁😁
