Villa Fairview

My two girls and I stayed here for a few days this summer. It was a rustic cottage that had all the things we needed for our stay. I knew the house was on a body of water. I thought it was a river however we were pleasantly surprised to find it was an entire pond. We spent a lot of the time kayaking and swimming in the water there, which was fun. You also could watch the sunsets there. I did wish there was a second kayak available but thankfully I brought my SUP so we all had something to go on the pond with. I appreciated that we were allowed to rent this place for 4 days and there wasn't a week minimum requirement. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!

The property was clean. The booking and check-in were easy. The property is in a good location and was the perfect place for our family trip.

Home was very nice! Be very careful on the deck stairs.

I liked outdoor shower and it did have enough space.

This is a really sweet house with everything you need for a getaway at the Cape. We loved the views and by far, the best part of the house was the amazing porch! Our son loved sleeping out there and the breeze was amazing! Dennis is a lovely area and the beaches were beautiful.

I would have given more stars for this property, but there were some minor issues that were resolved quickly. The access code to enter the property was inaccurate, and access to the internet was limited. The property itself was very private, and there was plenty of room, but the bathroom was too small with a very small shower stall. It is a small (petite) house, with a petite bathroom. The A/C worked very well which was much needed for humid weather. I would recommend this rental home for your next vacation.
