The home is repeatedly praised for being very clean, cozy, quiet, and well stocked, with attractive decor, functional design, comfortable furnishings, and a kitchen supplied with everything guests needed. Its location is a standout, with easy access to the beach, town, nearby trails, and local attractions, making it a convenient and peaceful home base for exploring the area. Guests especially loved the magnificent harbor and water views from inside and from the deck, along with the bright, scenic setting and soothing atmosphere near the shore. The outdoor spaces were a highlight, including the terrace, patio, porch, and deck for dining and relaxing, as well as the outdoor shower and beach-ready touches that added to the vacation feel. Guests also appreciated the reliable wifi, streaming access, safety features, local history details, and overall charm that inspired many to say they would gladly return.

Welcome to this classic Patti Page Cape Cod cottage with private outdoor space and located directly across from a private portion of Mayo Beach! This oceanfront cottage offers a quaint and well-equipped escapade to experience a truly unforgettable vacation. The living room boasts colorful decor with two comfortable sofas and two armchairs near a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services. You'll have a nice coffee station to treat yourself to a warm cup of coffee after coming back from the beach. The eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with great appliances and cookware to prepare delicious meals and beach snacks. This retreat offers two dining tables, a six-person table in the kitchen and another six-person, but in a more secluded nook. Dunes Edge boasts a beachfront deck with an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, two beach chairs, and plenty of outdoor chairs. This is a great place to hang out and unwind in the outdoors while taking in the majestic views of the beach and ocean without moving from your rental. This home is not set up for children. It has not been child-proofed. And there is a space heater used in the bathroom.
