We stayed at the house during the first week of September. The house is clean, modern, and comfortable. The bedding was good, and the location is close enough to the beach to walk, which was convenient. It is also very central at the Cape that allowed us to drive to Hyannis for day trips and PTown. The amenities were adequate—there’s a functional kitchen, screened gazebo, reliable Wi-Fi (huge plus), and grill outside (though we didnt use it). The photos of the house accurately reflect what you’ll find on arrival. A few things to be aware of: • There’s a powder room downstairs, but no shower or bath for guests staying in the first-floor bedroom. They’ll need to use the upstairs bathroom. • The house is on a corner lot along the road to the beach, so there can be some daytime noise from traffic, though it’s quiet at night. • There wasn’t any welcome packet or guide with information about the house or local attractions, which would have been helpful. Overall, it’s a very good option for a beach stay or exploration of Cape Cod.

This home was clean and spacious. It was perfect for a vacation with adult children and our grandchild. We were able to walk to the beach. The yard was great for kids and adults. We will definitely rent this house again.

This beautifully appointed and very comfortable house has all the amenities for a perfect beach vacation. There was plenty of room to spend time together as well as to spread out. The backyard is huge and fully fenced, perfect for yard games. The beach is a quick 15 minute walk on a safe sidewalk. The beach had plenty of space, not overly crowded, and sand, not rocks. You won’t go wrong selecting this house.

The house and property was absolutely beautiful. Check in instructions were very easy. The house was so clean and was great for my infant to crawl around. The bedroom on the first floor also made it convenient to not have to carry the baby up and downstairs. The house had a pack and play and bottle drying rack too! The strollers provided in the shed were great to use to go on walks! We loved the enclosed backyard and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The location was great too, walkable distance to the beach and close to a lot of stores. This house was absolutely wonderful and we hope to come back again next summer!
