Please note: access requires climbing three flights of exterior stairs, and there’s an interior spiral staircase connecting the main level to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. This unique layout (with the only bathroom accessible by spiral stairs) may not suit anyone with mobility concerns, small children, or bulky luggage.

Inside, enjoy a cheerful living room with a comfortable sofa and smart TV. The kitchen is equipped for home cooking (fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, cookware), with a microwave that doubles as a convection oven (no standard oven). Step out to your private deck for morning coffee or sunset views—the east-side deck belongs to another unit. Coin-operated laundry is available on the ground floor—use the key provided to access the laundry room, which you reach by heading out the back door and down two flights of stairs. WiFi and a dedicated parking space (#10 in the Jones Locker lot on Point Street) are included; you may use the 15-minute loading area to bring luggage in before parking. Beach towels and chairs are provided.
