This is my second time staying at this property and it was wonderful, once again. Plenty of room for 3 adults, cozy and comfortable. Fresh linens, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, appliances, and cookware, basic toiletries, games, wifi, ad more. We also utilized the backyard firepit which was just lovely. Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy check-in and check-out, good communication. Highly recommend and will be booking again!

What an AMAZING place to relax and unwind. The cottage has a comfortable, modern cottage vibe. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood–away from the hustle but very close to stores, beaches, and the bike path. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard oasis. We also really appreciated the amenities and supplies that this host provided. It allowed us the creature comforts without having to pack a lot of things. We’ve been to a lot of rentals and this is among the best. We will ABSOLUTELY be back.

There were so many extra touches to this house that made our stay there wonderful. Lots of games to play, bikes to ride around, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, fully stocked kitchen & comfortable bed. We hope to come back next year.

This is such a gem - the perfect getaway bungalow for time on the Cape! In a Dennis neighborhood, it is 5 minutes from beach access, centrally located and a quick drive to many Cape spots, and only an hour from Provincetown. The home is clean, cozy, and furnished with comfortable and relaxing amenities - extra linens, games, books, streaming, wifi, basic toiletries, fully outfitted kitchen, etc. The house has AC and heat, washer and dryer, which was so convenient, and plenty of room for our group. Beds were all comfortable and the open kitchen, dining, and living room area provided plenty of space for us all to be together. We also enjoyed using the fire pit in the backyard. The hosts were good communicators, easy to work with, and provided great suggestions for activities, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely be booking to stay here again!
