The office area has a writing desk and great natural light -- perfect for letting the creativity flow. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table seats four. BED & BATH This apartment sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. Occupying the entire top floor, the primary suite offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take your morning coffee on the small deck, located just outside your front door. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Beach chairs are also provided in your rental. Assigned parking is available for one compact car in the parking area next to the unit. The parking spot cannot accommodate large SUVs. Street parking is not available. The fireplace is not operational. Access to this two-story apartment is via one flight of stairs from the parking area to the entryway. This rental does not have central air-conditioning. Window AC units are located in each bedroom, and portable fans provide added cooling. LOCATION Commercial Street’s shops, restaurants, and galleries are just a 4-minute stroll from your rental in the Historic District. Walk 7 minutes to MacMillan Pier to watch the ships come in or take the boat shuttle to Long Point. Head to Herring Cove Beach or Race Point Beach to explore the Cape Cod National Seashore. Ride along the Province Lands Bike Trail through dunes and forests.

Loved how close it was to the Main street in Provincetown, but still felt private. Clean, cute and comfortable! The only thing they need to address is the outside light did not work at the door at the top of the stairs-which made it difficult to navigate getting in because you could not see. Also, the stairs were a bit old and the railings felt a little wobbly at the top of the staircase, so with it being dark, it needs to be addressed soon. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay, so I'm giving it 5 stars.

Fantastic location, close to everything but very quiet at night. Aside from some maintenance items that were not resolved during our stay it was a comfortable place. There is no furniture on the deck so we had to improvise to sit outside and the property listing should disclose that if you are taller than 5'8" staying in the primary king bedroom on the top level will be a challenge. You will hit your head on the ceiling getting in and out of bed, using the toilet and taking a shower. There are numerous books and games and the artwork displayed is great. WIFI is good and there is a TV although we never turned it on. Exterior of building could use a bit of TLC.

Location, location, location!! Just steps away from Commercial street with all of the shops and restaurants easily accessible. The deck is small, but we thoroughly enjoyed some sun time during our stay. It was a big plus to have outdoor space. We had a great time!
