Nestled in the very heart of downtown Provincetown, this second-floor condo boasts a location that can't be beat. Enjoy peek-a-boo views of the harbor and walk 100 feet to reach the beach on Cape Cod Bay. This condo is located on the harbor side of Commercial Street, on the backside of a building that's shared with a charming retail store. From this spot, you can walk to just about everything in town - the ferries at MacMillan Pier, fantastic bars and restaurants, unique shops and art galleries, historical landmarks, fun-filled excursions, and markets and other conveniences. Despite the central location, the condo itself is quiet and private. Begin each morning outside on your patio, sipping coffee at the bistro table and watching the quirky town wake up around you. The interior is understated in its elegance, offering generous windows, thoughtful built-ins, and comforts such as high-speed WiFi, in-home laundry, and central air conditioning. Every space has been carefully designed and decorated, from the window-lined living room with its smart TV to the kitchen offering granite countertops, plentiful cabinet storage, and partial views of the harbor. Very nice property, near the center of town and right near/next to a couple great cocktail lounges and restaurants. It was spacious and had great light during the day. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in the middle of town. Clean and good amenities. Disappointed in unresponsive requests to fix an alarm that blared all weekend. AC was slow to cool. Otherwise good stay.

Located right in the heart of the action, this property offers convenient access to excellent dining, shopping, and coffee spots. While the walls were a bit thin—something to be expected with older buildings—it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The customer service was exceptional, and the home was impeccably clean. I would gladly book again.

The location was excellent. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a Coffee house next door and Small essential store across the street. Parking was very convenient, right next door, also. Always found a spot and it was free. We were in walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shops. (Lobster Pot-which we were lucky enough to get there to eat as their last day was November 11th. I hope that we can make it make back next year. Thank you for the great communication, with questions I had. Thank you again. Kathy
