Great for our girls’ trip! Short walk to shops and restaurants. Adorable neighborhood with lovely garden views. Comfortable beds and cozy outdoor space. Be aware there is no dishwasher and the bathtub upstairs is a handheld and non-fixed shower extension. The outdoor shower was heavenly!

The house was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and then some - coffee, spices, ice machine, hair dryer, elec. Tea Pot, books, charging cords…. The area was close enough to the town to easily walk, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Four of us each had our own room, and enough room downstairs to spread out. We would easily stay here again.

Charming historic MV home that clearly has been renovated with love and care. This home has an African/Coastal vibe that is pure personality! My group of friends enjoyed so much we rented for a second time for this year’s post summer getaway. The house is very well equipped with everything you’ll need from board games to beach gear and beyond. The kitchen has all you need for home cooking and boozy nights. The back garden is an oasis with gas firepit, grill, seating and outdoor shower. Easy walk from the ferry and oak bluffs action but far enough for pure peace and quiet. Notes but not deal breakers for us: -no dishwasher (more drying/dish towels were needed-we only could fine 2) -steep steps to bedrooms upstairs and to washer/dryer in basement (not suited for babies or those with mobility issues) -second bathroom upstairs is tight fit (has lovely tub with hand held but no stand-up shower) -beds are very firm (not our preference and is the one thing that could use an upgrade- maybe some soft toppers?) -there is a lot of “stuff” and personality packed in this house (not great if you're a minimalist) Overall - we really enjoyed our stay both times and thought it was perfect for our weekend! Thank-you to the owners for sharing their space!

Super convenient location close to downtown Oak Bluffs and the beach. House was very clean with everything operating (even the outdoor gas fireplace outside!). Great porch-sitting area. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.
