Couldn’t have asked for more! The house was lovely. It was an easy walk to the beach and a nice neighborhood to walk our dog. The house was also close to some good restaurants and the grocery store.

The house has a lot of amenities, spacious lawn, and is close to Skaket beach. The outside front could be cleaned up a bit, but that is a minor issue for a great house in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a wonderful beach. We loved our stay!

Loved the location. Didn’t need to leave Orleans! Plenty to do with close beaches, restaurants, bakery, mini golf, grocery store within a 2 mile radius! Would recommend to anyone for a nice cape cod experience.

The house was an easy walk to a cute little beach, More so for toddlers and young kids but nice for a swim. The House was clean, Fresh towels, sheets and toiletries was a nice surprise. A few cons to be aware of, The cable TV provides extremely limited channels, most were subscription only, there are no spices in the house for cooking which was a big disappointment, you will need to pack your own dish towels as there were 2 provided which were so very dirty looking. The yard is most unattractive as the bushes are so overgrown you cannot see out the front windows and in entering the home, we had to remove some weeds across the front stairs. I believe the overgrown yard contributed to a lot of bugs in the house such. as spiders, centipedes, crickets. Also , if you're looking for a home with a fire pit, this is not for you as that was out back almost in the woods and no chairs provided or wood.
