Overall a good stay for our family of 6 with 4 kids ranging from 11-17! Location was walkable to many restaurants, well stocked, and as described. We cooked in and grilled, and had all that we needed. Beach towels included was a nice touch. Our only real complaint was the mattresses were poor and needed updating.

It was close to the ferry and downtown Oak Bluffs. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking at home. Good wifi. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the steps are narrow and steep so if you have trouble navigating stairs they may be difficult. We enjoyed staying here very much.
