The property is in a peaceful location with a private beach which was beautiful. At any time you can walk along the beach and enjoy the fresh air. The room was clean and stocked with mostly everything you could need. If you stay more than 2 days you will run out of coffee. My husband and I had a few concerns. There is no deadbolt lock on the door. The door is just presumed locked once it closes but that is it. Also there was no lock on the bathroom window which, to us, was a bit of a safety concern. The check in process was a bit of a pain because no where did the confirmation email say we needed to upload a driver's license and selfie for verification purposes until we were sent a text about it on our drive in. You must find this piece of information in the tab that says view your trip. We did not know we needed this in order to check in and we were in the middle of the drive from Boston. There isn't anyone to check in with at the location so while I appreciate the precaution it was a complete hassle and would suggest they state in the email that you must do this step and not hide it in a tab that looks like you are viewing your trip...we never would have found it. We also thought it a bit odd to ask the guests to take the sheets off the bed to save the cleaning staff time as we are paying a cleaning fee. We left the room in the same condition as we received it besides used towels in the shower and sheets slept on. Otherwise our stay was very nice.

We loved having a room right on the beach where the kids could go out and play anytime they wanted. It was so quiet and the view is incredible. Would definitely book again.
