Love everything about this place from location to comfort to price. A great place to stay when visiting Provincetown.. 3 miles from town on same road and the beach directly out your patio door.. 2nd time staying .. highly recommended. AND PET FRIENDLY…

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was perfect. 2 steps to the sand with chair and picnic tables. Couple more steps to the beach with chairs. We had our coffee every morning on the beach. Highly recommended

Love the room with kitchenette! We were very impressed at how clean everything was - the bathroom was immaculate! Our room was right on the beach with wonderful proximity to Provincetown. It rained during our stay so we went to the Wellfleet Cinema which was 15 minutes away and had great movie choices. We’ll definitely be back!
