Sand Dollar Dreams

My husband and I rented Sand Dollar Dreams for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect for us, close to Brewster, Captains Course for golfing, and nice walks to Red River Beach, only 1.4 miles from the house. Everything was perfect. What a cute cape cottage! Thank you!

This home was beautiful inside and out! We loved every bit of it including the backyard. The backyard was perfect for our doggies to run around. They loved it! All the rooms were well cooled with AC and the beds were comfortable. Everything was an A+! Even the beach was a 3 minute drive. Can’t beat it! Thank you for the wonderful stay 😁

We spent the weekend at the Sand Dollar Dreams home. We especially loved this house because it was dog friendly and had a fully fenced in back yard with a play set for the young child we brought. The play set is a little old but he still enjoyed it a lot! We found the house to be extremely clean, and the bedding/bed for every room was very nice. WiFi worked well and the tv had many apps that you could log into your account to watch shows. The one small small thing we noticed was the loudness of the AC unit in the living room since there is no forced air in the house however all the rooms had units and they worked extremely well! Would definitely stay here again. Especially with it being so close to the beach and town.

The house is located on a corner lot, adjacent to a busy street. But the rest of the neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Very close drive (3 min) to Red River Beach, which was perfect. Of note, you do need to bring all your own beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrellas) as the house did not provide this. The house had a crib and a high chair, which was a great amenity for traveling with a toddler. We also loved that the house was dog friendly and had a fenced in backyard. Bedrooms were a great size and house was very clean. We would love to come back to visit again!

This house was very clean and well appointed, all the amenities you need to comfortable for the week were provided: the kitchen had plenty of dishes and some cookware, two coffee makers and a dishwasher (huge bonus in my opinion). The towels and bedding were clean and appeared new, air conditioners and blackout shades in the bedrooms. The beds were firm but comfortable.The yard is fully and securely fenced, it's perfect for dogs or kids, our dog absolutely loved it. The location is good, close to plenty of restaurants and only a three minute drive to the beach. We had a great week and would love to come stay at this home again!
