The outdoor area is an idyllic spot for daytime relaxation, with a gazebo, diverse seating arrangements, and an outdoor sound system. As the sun sets, the ambience transforms, revealing a gas firepit, a wood-burning fireplace, and enchanting outdoor lighting. (Guests must provide their firewood.) A full-size asphalt court is available for pickleball or badminton, and younger visitors can enjoy the play structure with swings and a sandbox. A solar-heated outdoor shower with a foot wash sprout ensures easy beach dirt removal. Nestled in the peaceful Parkside neighborhood, this property offers proximity to renowned attractions such as Mashpee Commons, South Cape Beach, Loop Beach, and Johns Pond. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the two large gravel driveways, accommodating RVs, camper trailers, or boats. A full-house backup generator is available. Things to Know The heated pool will be available as of April 12th for the 2024 season. The hot tub is usable year-round.
