Located on a gorgeous grassy plot walking distance to the lagoon, this Oak Bluffs vacation home is an ideal spot for your Martha's Vineyard holiday. Walk to the scenic shores of Lagoon Pond via Sail Camp Park where you can launch your boat. If you're visiting for a wedding or private party, this home is the perfect location to travel easily between the Sail Camp Park event hall and the home. The famous East Chop Lighthouse is just three miles away for a traditional New England experience. The partially fenced yard has an ornamental cherry tree with the most beautiful blossoms in the spring, and offers the perfect shade from the summer sun. A furnished deck with gas grill is the perfect place to have a family cookout after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt as well. Enter through the sliding glass doors from the deck to the family dining room with seating for eight at the counter-height dining set.
