Eastham Grove

Overall this rental was very comfortable with a walk out lower level that had a bonus living room and where the kids hung out while the adults socialized outside or on the deck. The outside shower was bliss and we had everything we needed with regard to beach chairs and yard games. The location was perfect, down a quiet street and close to the bike path (which we walked everyday) and close to what is the Eastham town center. It’s close to beaches and other surrounding towns l/attractions just a short drive to Provincetown for the whale watch we went on (amazing)! The off season sunsets were spectacular!!

This house was the perfect location for our Cape vacation - we were close to beaches and lakes, the bike path (and a bike rental shop), local shops, and one of our favorite restaurants, Arnold's. The house was close to Wellfleet and Orleans, and we were also not too far from Provincetown, where we had a blast at the Carnival parade. Very welcoming and clean rental that has been renovated and updated - lots of towels, toiletries, a washer and dryer, nice comfortable bedrooms, a big living room/TV area and a great kitchen. A/C units in all rooms (although we didn't use them as it wasn't too hot). The back desk was wonderful for enjoying the sunshine and breezes (we were out there in the mornings and the evenings!), and my kids took advantage of the outdoor shower (which they have always loved :)). While we didn't use them, there were yard games and toys for kids in the backyard. The house was perfect for our needs and we will definitely be back next year. Communication with the rental company was seamless.
