The Cape House

Great location, walked to the Coop for breakfast. House is beautiful inside and out.

This is a small but generally nice property that is well located depending on where you want to be on the Cape. I was visiting relatives in Cotuit, so the location was ideal for me. The house was very clean and seemed well maintained. The fact that it is pet friendly is a bonus, but be aware that the yard area is small, not fenced, and not directly accessible from the house - i.e. you must go out through the front door and around the house to reach it. The amenities are fine. The living area is cramped. It has one large dining table and chairs as well as a large, soft sofa to sit on. The major deficit is the mattresses. They are lumpy and provide no support for sleeping. Hopefully they'll be replaced by the time you read this.

Perfect location! Clean and fully equipped with all you need . Help available if something is needed . Highly recommend

Excellent location within walking distance of market, Kettleers baseball games, restaurant and beach.

Perfect for our family for a week at the beach. Thoughtful items like beach towels and started laundry/dish soap set was appreciated. Front porch was lovely in the evening. Perfect short walk to beach and baseball games, and Cotuit market (best iced coffee)!

Adorable cape house. Very clean. Nice neighborhood and pet friendly. My only negative is that we didn’t book for longer. Was in town for a wedding. Hope to be back soon.
