Chatham Charmer

The Chatham Charmer is lovely home. Pros: 1. 15 min from the ocean beach 2. Quiet location 3. Chatham is a great town 4. Comfortable leaving room for 4-5 people with nice TV. 5. Nice backyard with outdoor shower and grill 6. Central AC Cons: 1. Rental company does not have local team to support you. All communication through emails and text! 2. Had hard time to operate outdated washer and second TV did not work 3. No king size bed with comfortable mattress (getting old to have uncomfortable nights)

A great vacation spot for any family just minutes from the beach.

Lovely cottage with great view.

My 11 year old daughter and I stayed here for a week in July. We both loved the eclectic art work and furnishings we saw online, and the house was better in person. The location was fantastic, being able to walk to the beach is key in the summer so you don't have to pay for beach parking and can go anytime of day. I grew up in Chatham and hadn't been back in several years as my own house is now rented year round. I really appreciated that this home is a blend of updated amenities and original Cape Cod cottage. It reminded me of my own Chatham home. There was everything you could need and more in the kitchen, and I enjoyed having friends over to eat on the deck. We didn't use all the beds, but the ones we did were very comfortable. I appreciated that there were beach towels and I loved the outdoor shower. The central A/C was a lifesaver as it was very humid during our stay. My daughter and I both took advantage of the puzzles and books and the outdoor hammock. The yard was great and felt private. Overall, this is a great house for anyone that loves the beach and wants a cozy and unique place to stay.
