We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful and perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the serenity of the home - perched in a quiet spot with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning felt like something out of a dream. The house itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed whether we were cooking a full meal or just making morning coffee to enjoy on the deck. Every detail feels curated and homey to make your stay easy and relaxing. There are cozy spots throughout the property to curl up with a book or sit quietly and take in the view, Whether you're looking for rest, romance, or inspiration, this place is a gem. We already can't wait to return!

Great A frame house with a bunch of porches that perfectly captures the sun rise. You’re a very short walk to Lobsterville beach and far from a grocery store or civilazation (which is the point)! The house is all wood so stays cool but does have AC. Sound travels from any room in the house to any other room. There’s not a lot of dresser space so don’t pack too many clothes. The furniture is nice and fits the space and the kitchen has everything you need. Probably a little over priced for what it is.

Lobsterville Landing was a great experience for our family of 4. We specifically wanted to spend some time in Aquinnah because of its quiet charm and away from the crowds.. this cottage fit the bill ! It was quaint yet modern and came with everything we needed during our stay ! The outdoor shower is a plus especially after the beach days :) We loved it !

My family and I had a wonderful escape to Lobsterville Landing - it was just what we needed! The house is cute, comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. Highlights include sunrises from the primary bedroom, sunsets from the back deck, the spacious outdoor shower, and proximity to the beach. Being able to walk down to the ocean for just a few minutes, or to spend the whole day, is a game-changer. We miss this spot already and can't wait to return!
