A washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a beach wagon make it easy to get swimsuits together, check the tides, and walk the half-mile to the beach.

Afternoons and evenings are best spent basking in the central air conditioning (a luxury on the Cape), relaxing outside on the furnished back deck, or piling on the sectional sofa in the living room for movies on the streaming-equipped cable TV.
