Waterway Haven is described as a stunning and beautifully decorated home that guests loved returning to, with a spacious layout that worked especially well for groups and families. Guests found the home comfortable and appreciated the open floor plan, private bathrooms for each bedroom, and thoughtful furnishings that made stays feel easy and relaxing. The property was repeatedly praised for being very clean, well maintained, and well supplied, with a kitchen that guests found especially well equipped for cooking. Guests also appreciated the peaceful residential setting and enjoyed using Waterway Haven as a relaxing home base. Lovely water views added to the experience, especially from the back of the home and lanai. The pool, lanai, dock, kayaks, and outdoor spaces were highlights, giving guests plenty of ways to unwind and enjoy the property.

Our group of six spent two weeks relaxing at Waterway Haven and were so pleased that we chose this home. The large kitchen was stocked well for a group who likes to cook, and we found everything we needed there. We spent most of our time in the lanai--it was a great place to have coffee in the morning, enjoy the pool in the afternoon, and watch the sunset in the evening. This part of Port Charlotte is residential and we had to drive to Punta Gorda for good restaurants and to Englewood for the beach, but we loved having this house as our home base.

The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and back patio pool and dock. My kids loved having their own bathrooms and the kayaks were a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The home is bright and roomy with plenty of space for our friends & family. The pool & water views are amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets while relaxing by the outdoor fireplace. The 2 washers & 2 dryers were a lifesaver. Super quiet yet right in the heart of everywhere we wanted to go. Quick access to stores, restaurants, Charlotte Harbor & beaches. There's even a park right across the street. Perfect getaway place :)

Recently visited Florida with 2 other couples. Our accommodations were fantastic & included everything you need to relax and have fun. The house is immaculate and offers tons of room to spread out with 4 BR's that all have separate baths. That's a huge plus. So is the outdoor (caged) pool. The view and tranquility in the backyard is what vacation is about. Mornings here are spectacular and you might even catch a fish for dinner. Well be back.
