The house comes complete with a private enclosed pool, with a pool heater and cooler for added comfort. Take a dip and relax in the warm sunshine afterward in the outdoor seating area, complete with lounge and pool chairs. You can also enjoy some delicious barbecues on the patio, utilizing the provided gas grill. Inside, ample soft seating, a full kitchen, a large dining table and a credenza, and comfortable bedrooms (two of which offer TVs for evening entertainment) are prepared to make everyone feel right at home. Utilize the private washer/dryer when your swimsuits need refreshing. And sit in the sunroom when you need a break from the sun's rays but still want to soak in its light. Things to Know Adult guests are not allowed to sleep on the bunk beds, particularly the top bed, as they cannot support the weight. The fees for heating the pool apply when the heating equipment is turned on. Even if the outside temperature during your stay is too cold for the heater to heat the 15k gallon pool to the set temperature, the charges will still apply because the equipment is on and running.
