Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Have rented 6 different houses in Marco, and this one was in the best shape. Plenty of space for our family of 4 plus my two older parents. House was clean, pool was clean and heated. All appliances worked, including the outdoor mini fridge and outdoor tv (great for March madness viewing poolside). Window treatments actually block the morning sun (somehow a rarity in Marco in our experience), and all 3 refrigerators worked really well. Are there little nitpicky things? Sure, like any rental, and probably most people’s own homes, would have (e.g. a drawer that needs a little extra push to close, a crack in the shelf on the door fridge). Would definitely rent this home again.

The pool and hot tub were delightful, the palm tree shaded the pool nicely. Walking distance to Mackle Park and the beach. Short drive to grocery stores. Outdoor living space is awesome.
