Great location. Pool needs some love-stains that look like dirt. House is good - older loaded with toys.

This home was exactly what you see. Beautiful sunset, tons of space, outdoor area fantastic. Tons of extras to cook and play with. From pots, pans and utensils to spices, fishing rods and bikes. Thank you

The bones were good,heated pool

Nice location, even though it is on a busy street. The pool is terribly stained, a lot of the furniture is very worn and in some cases being held together by tie-wraps, killed roaches almost everyday, mold growing on the A/C vents, handle broke off of freezer the first time it was used. All requests to Vacassa were via text and seemed canned...always stated the "local team" would be notified...we stayed there two full months....never saw anyone locally. Marco Island is beautiful, but will never stay here again or rent from Vacassa. PS - I never write a bad review, but this is not what was "advertised."

The beautiful view of the canal and the peace and quiet of the home itself.
