Showcasing amazing views of Georgia Fruit Farm Creek, this Southwest Florida stunner is also packed with private highlights like two bicycles for full access to all the area's outdoor splendors. A poolside barbecue grill and furnished patio provide an all-day perch for fun in the sun. Retail shops, family-friendly dining options, a convenience store, and a Publix Supermarket can all be found within a mile of the house. Marco Island Public Beach Access is within four miles of your front door. The home's single-level living space is beautifully appointed for elegant coastal living. The full kitchen has everything you need for home cooking or preparing snacks on the go. Modern essentials like central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer ensure complete comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Smart TVs are equipped for casual home entertainment. From the moment we arrived, the house felt fully equipped and ready for us, with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies like detergent and dish soap, and everything we needed for our stay. The laundry facilities also worked perfectly. Overall, we absolutely loved the house. It was super clean, comfortable, and we had a great time. Just a couple of small things that could be improved: the trash cans were already full when we arrived, so as we accumulated trash during our stay, we had to leave the extra bags next to the cans. Also, while the pool heater was working, we weren't able to adjust the pool temperature because the system kept giving us an error. The spa heater worked perfectly, though. These were just minor details and definitely didn't take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. We will absolutely save this house as one of our favorite spots and would love to come back again next year!

The pool was great for kids, make sure you seek instructions on how to run hot tub and pool on the first day. Close to shopping, a drive from the beach but very easy. Great place for family to hang out and enjoy the warm weather.

House was beautiful. Wish I could have spoken to an actual person instead of AI prior to stay. Received incorrect info from AI. Also confusion on the pool being heated. Verbiage is a touch misleading. To have the pool heated was an additional charge. Originally read the property info and understood it to mean it would be an additional charge for someone to come out ahead of the stay to turn on the heater. Could be written a touch clearer to make it clear that it is an extra charge for use of the pool heater.

This home was very nice, but was the only advertised waterfront home we have ever rented in Marco not allowing docking. This fact should have been boldly disclosed in original rental contract. The frig only dispensed a few ounces of drinking water at a time.

This was the perfect spot for our extended family to come together and enjoy Marco Island. The house was perfect for three families to fit comfortably. We used amenities in the kitchen and grill to cook dinner a few nights. The pool and dock were amazing allowing us to swim all day as well as fish off the dock and rent paddle boards to use the water. It was a wonderful place for us to stay
