House is in great location and pool was fantastic, however the cleanliness of the home is questionable as we found a Palmetto bug/cockroach in the kitchen within an hour of checking in! Sadly of the five bicycles, only one was in working condition and we could not find a tire pump. The beach is too far to walk and the parking was atrocious so again super disappointed in the advertised amenities that don't work. Also if you're cooking be prepared to purchase all your own spices.
Had a great time in Naples at this lovely house! House was clean on arrival & met or exceeded our expectations. Great location near beach & restaurants. Loved the pool! We did not need guest services during this trip.
Tina, your local property manager was very attentive , accessible and had great and quick follow-up !
House of horrors! I advise everyone against booking this house. In the pictures, it looks modern and clean, but in reality, this house is a disaster. We arrived in the evening after a long-haul flight and went to bed shortly afterward. Even though we were only in the house briefly, our white socks were almost black. The next morning, in daylight, even more defects and problems became apparent. The floor was very dirty, and all the lamps were covered in dust. The couch and cushions were stained everywhere, and the carpet was damaged, dirty, and smelled bad. The disaster continued in the kitchen. Almost all the kitchen utensils were dirty, many were broken, and completely worn out. For example, there was only one wine glass, which still had a lot of lipstick on it. Everywhere you looked was thickly covered in dust. The window blinds were completely dusty, as were the games, all the lamps, shelves, etc. In the master bedroom, we moved a sideboard, and underneath it was dust, lots of hair, and dead insects. Disgusting. There was practically no water pressure in the main bathroom; it was impossible to shower properly. All the wall cabinets and doors were broken and ripped out of their tracks. The living room couch was filthy; when you lifted the cushions, you found a dental floss stick, as well as food scraps and dirt. The chairs at the dining table were worn, damaged, and dirty. The plastic flower on the dining table probably hadn't been dusted in two years—disgusting. All the doors were stained and dirty. The windows were filthy. The more you looked, the worse it was. There were still clothes left by the previous tenants in the sideboard. The trash cans under the sink were disgustingly dirty on the outside, and there was a dead cockroach underneath. Nobody knows when the place was last thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen faucet was loose. There was open food left by the previous tenants in the cupboards. There were dead insects inside the ceiling light shades. There was a live cockroach in the garage. There were still carpets in the dryer. There were too few chairs and loungers in the pool area. The house is designed for 6 people, but the two sun loungers by the pool are ridiculous. The pictures show the grounds as well-maintained, but in reality, there isn't a single flower, and it's run-down. On the first evening, a cleaning service suddenly appeared at the house without any prior notice. No information was given beforehand; they were just there without permission. And it was still dirty afterward! We wanted to stay for four weeks with our six-month-old baby and left after two days. Unfortunately, after another two days, we weren't offered any comparable alternative. We rented a house with a pool, but were offered a house without a pool or an apartment with a shared pool. All of this was only communicated verbally; we never received anything in writing that we could verify. No pictures, nothing binding. 10.000 $ for a nightmare
Loved the location. local staff was very attentive. Few items need fixing inside the home and local people notified the list.
I love the location and the home definitely has promise but the property owner needs to do a better job of maintenance the fact that we got ants and that the master shower had zero water pressure and then we were afraid to use the refrigerator because it wasn't holding temperature it had to come out since somebody to service it and we still weren't 100% seeing it cool the way it should and of course the fact that the gas grill was no longer in the property kind of messed with our plans but since the fridge wasn't working we were afraid to buy any kind of meat to grill so we ended up doing takeout and then going out a lot so kind of put a bummer on some of the plans and the pool could have had a little bit more outdoor pool furniture or more furniture in the patio that could be used near the pool when needed
