This was our fifth visit to Marco and our first time in this unit. Without a doubt it is our favorite and we have already booked a return trip. Fabulous view, clean rooms, and quiet neighbors. In the month we were there two minor things came up and we were very pleased with how promptly we got a response.

We love it here & come back every year. There is tennis, pickleball, boat dock, outdoor grills & tiki huts for dining, bocce ball, pool & the beach! So much to do on sight you don’t need to leave unless it’s to try a great restaurant nearby!!!

South Seas properties are a staple of our winter getaways each year. This property enjoys a bay view and startling sunrises. Our six weeks there this year were enjoyable and memorable!

The condo is very nice. Recent renovation. The view of the water and boardwalk and boats was so serene. We saw dolphins 3 mornings. The lanai was a pleasure to sit and eat or read. The bed is low; but comfortable. We slept well. The family room sofa is not comfortable; but the 2 swivel chairs are very nice. Televisions are very nice. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. And the pool is very close. You can see it from the lanae. Also liked the covered parking. It is exactly 1/2 mile walk from the condo door to the gulf. The beaches in that area of Marco Island are very deep; but they are beautiful and worth the exercise! We would love to return; but the rental price went up 40 percent.
