Welcome to a comfortable Marco Island condo where the beach is close enough to make a day by the water part of the natural rhythm of your stay. With a shared outdoor pool and a private balcony, the home offers inviting places to relax between island adventures. Inside, the condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and accommodates up to four guests. The living spaces provide room to unwind, while the full kitchen makes preparing breakfast, beach snacks, or a relaxed dinner convenient. A dining table provides a comfortable spot to gather for meals, and the private balcony offers another place to enjoy the outdoors. Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed and double bed The condo also includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and an elevator in the building. Beach towels, one beach umbrella, and four beach chairs are available for guest use, making it easy to head out for a day at the beach.

Guests have access to the condo, private balcony, shared outdoor swimming pool, and available building amenities. Parking is provided in the parking lot, and elevator access is available in the building. Guests also have a private entrance to the unit.

Marco Island puts you close to the beach and a variety of activities. Guests can enjoy fishing, shopping, museums, water parks, water sports, and the area's coastal attractions. The beach is a short walk from the condo, making it easy to spend time by the water during your stay.

An HOA application, including character and employment references, must be completed and returned within three days of booking. Reservations are contingent upon HOA approval, and failure to complete the HOA requirements will result in the HOA denying the reservation. Normal cancellation policies apply. Please note that boats, trailers, RVs, and wrapped vehicles displaying a company logo are not permitted to park at the property.
