Sand Dollar is a beautifully updated and reasonably priced condo that offers a comfortable, pampered stay with a modern design and tasteful decor. The property is described as very comfortable, nicely furnished, and well equipped, with thoughtful touches that help guests feel right at home. Sand Dollar is extremely clean and tidy throughout, with plentiful kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, and a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient, with the beach a short drive away, a marina nearby, and a restaurant within a short walk. Guests appreciated the appealing pool area as well as extras such as beach chairs, floats, an umbrella, phone chargers, and wifi.

This retreat is equipped with all the essentials to provide guests with the ultimate beach lodging experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils to channel your inner chef and treat your guests to delicious beach snacks and meals. Enjoy said meals on the balcony thanks to the outdoor dining area overlooking the gardens. Free WiFi and cable will keep you entertained during your stay and a shared outdoor pool will keep you and your friends refreshed no matter when you visit. There's also a shared hot tub in case your body needs some relaxation as well. Dolphin Tikki Restaurant is on-site! Two miles away from your home away from home is Tigertail Beach, Marco Island's premier beach destination. It offers visitors five boardwalks, a picnic area with grills, a sand volleyball court, a playground, and a butterfly garden. There are a handful of marinas nearby as well as restaurants and convenience stores. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit requires an HOA registration to be completed and submitted back to the HOA prior to arrival in order to have access to the amenities. Failure to register will result in no access to the amenities.
