Guests appreciated the comfortable layout, noting that the home had everything needed for a relaxing family stay and a peaceful place to unwind. The property was repeatedly praised for being very clean, neat, and refreshed, with comfortable beds adding to the overall comfort. Its setting was valued for the quiet neighborhood, relaxing atmosphere, and convenient access to beaches and restaurants. Guests especially loved the beautiful canal views, sunsets, and opportunities to watch wildlife from the pool area. The pool was a standout feature, and reviewers also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, grill, and entertainment options that made time at the home especially enjoyable.

Overview

Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the canal from your private pool deck, covered by a lanai so guests can unwind no matter what the weather. Or spend sun-filled days splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand at the beach - within 15 miles from home. This lovely home offers room and activities for you to enjoy, with plenty of seats by the pool. Prepare meals on the gas grill and enjoy a homestyle cookout. A desk workspace is all set up near the back door is ideal for remote work before jumping into the pool. Walk inside a fresh, newly cleaned home to relax and unwind. Challenge each other to a game of Ping-Pong, or enjoy cooking up delicious foods together in the full kitchen (complete with a fun breakfast bar). Central air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom provide comfort during your stay, and the main bedroom has a private entrance to the back deck, as well as an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. But no matter where you decide to sleep, you're in for fun times and beautiful sunsets at this charming home. A small booster/high chair and a Pack 'n Play as well as beach towels are provided. THINGS TO KNOW The dock is not available for guest use. New housekeeping is provided for guest comfort and convenience. New home construction is being done next door, you could hear related noise during your reservation Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs.

House was great, location was great, kitchen well stocked and everyone loved the ping ball table. House was very clean, pool was a big plus. enjoyed laying in the pool watching the sunsets.

Renter beware! At best this is a 2.5 out of 5 place to stay. The pictures that are posted by the owner/company is a bit misleading. This house is out dated and has many flaws from cracked tile, cracks in the ceilings, mold in the shower, rust on windows and doors, holes in the walls from doorhandles, outdated light fixtures that are cracked and yellowed, shelving that I'd cracked and broken, electric pugs that clearly have been blackened from shock, toilet was not clean, missing fire alarm, missing window treatments, broken dock that has been taped off, ceiling fans that are noisy, air conditioning that is noisy when it runs, and clearly has pest issues because we saw pet killing items laying on the counter top just to name a few. I wish this site allowed sharing pictures and videos. Contact me if you want to see them. Well it's not the company's fault we did lose power for a day to the house. But what they should have known when renting is the construction next doors. They should have reached out and said that there was extreme noise do to construction nextdoor (I have video of the noise!). I don't recommend renting this house or going through such a company that doesn't look into the homes that they rent.

Overall, this was a nice house to rent. It was clean and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the pool area is beautiful and very relaxing.

Love the location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Cooked on the grill couple of dinners, great change of pace. Need new ceiling fan on Lanai, July too hot without it! All in all, great hse and location.
