We just visited with 6 of us. 3 bedrooms was very nice, the place was gigantic. Lots of amenities in the room, the decor was beachy, the pool and hot tub were great. The pool/hot tub did close at sunset, and we wished it would stay open later. There isn't too much to walk to, especially with older people, so having a rental van was good. The location was great, in the middle of Time Square and Bonita Springs. Overall, the unit we rented was great, lovely view from the penthouse. Elevators were never an issue. The pool area had some pool noodles, chairs to use at the beach, so be sure to check before you go buy anything. Great place, well done. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The room was spacious, clean, full of all the amenities of home (or at least enough for us to get started). Our contract person for the unit was exceptional (not guest services). Our favorite stay on the island.

Definitely expected more from the Penthouse Paradise. The condo was adequate for our needs and the beach was amazing. Not a ton of people because the area is still heavily damaged from the hurricane. The condo property is under major construction with scaffolding and workers everywhere. It will be great in 6 months.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The views, the location right on the beach, the layout of the unit was all perfect! In fact, my husband liked it so much he’s looking into purchasing another unit in the building. This building is on the quieter end of the island away from the hustle and bustle, and also a quick 10 minute drive to Bonita Springs where we frequented for dinner. Unfortunately, we did not get to experience FMB prior to Hurricane Ian, so not sure if there were any restaurants/shops within walking distance to the condo building pre-Ian but currently the only close shop/restaurant is a CVS 1-2 blocks away (which came in handy a couple times during our stay), other than that everything else requires a drive - not a deal breaker for us though. We would definitely come back!
