Tropical Oasis is described as a great value and a wonderful fit for a relaxing stay, with a spacious, comfortable layout that suited families well. The home is very clean, nicely maintained, and well stocked with the essentials needed for cooking and everyday convenience. Its quiet setting and nice neighborhood add to the welcoming atmosphere, while the location offers easy access to shopping and nearby beaches. The screened porch, large bathroom, patio area, grill, and beautiful pool were especially appreciated and helped create an enjoyable outdoor experience. Wifi support was responsive and communication for arrival and access was smooth and helpful. Overall, Tropical Oasis is presented as a lovely, comfortable home that guests would gladly return to.

The picture was stretched to make the home look lovely. It was in a very poor neighborhood and much smaller than photo showed. No host to ask questions, furniture was moldy, very dated

It was a bit dated but that was not an issue. The kitchen had all the items we needed. Home was very clean and check-in was very easy. We would go back. Patio furniture could be improved with the addition of more loungers. The home was central to everywhere in Port Charlotte.

There was a rancid sulfur smell coming out of all water faucets, toilets & showers. I communicated it my first night there. We couldn’t take showers or even brush our teeth. I was afraid to use the washer or the dishwasher. There was absolutely no communication on your part unless it was myself reaching out. It was supposed to be a family vacation and I rented this house specifically because dogs were allowed. I waited all day my first day there for some sort of communication on sending a worker to fix the issue because I had dogs and I wanted to make arrangements if needed for them. We missed out on going and seeing Tampa. Our 4th of July was ruined. We left and didn’t stay the whole time. It was heartbreaking for this to be our family summer vacation. I will never get this time back. I’m still waiting on a response back on getting a full refund. This is unacceptable in every way.

The house was perfect for our family of 5 and our 5 night stay. House was stocked with everything we needed while we were there. Communication was great with providing information on how to get there and enter the property. House was nice and clean upon arrival.
