This is also a great location for kayaking, boating, and fishing. You'll be conveniently close to Lemon Bay (five miles) and the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches are a short drive away. Make sure to visit Englewood Beach (four miles), Manasota Beach (11 miles), Blind Pass Beach (seven miles), Venice Beach (16.8 miles), or Caspersen Beach (13.5 miles). Oyster Creek Regional Park is within walking distance. Golfers can practice their swing at Venice East Golf Course, only 12 miles away. Back at the house, you and your family will enjoy marvelous water and nature views and a private outdoor swimming pool. Its serene atmosphere, open layout, and comfortable ambience make it feel just like home. Upon entering, you'll first come across the living room. This space comes equipped with basic furniture, however, it's a good place to hang out with your family and share entertaining conversations or plan your next moves. Guests are allowed to tie off their personal or recreational vessels under 20' in length to the dock with their own ropes. The boat lift is not available for guest use.
