The Play & Stay Villa

This home was perfect for our multi-generational family trip with 6 adults and 5 children ages 6 months to 7 years. The outdoor pool area was the star of the week and we hardly left the house! The home was fully stocked with kitchen items, plenty of bath and beach towels and beginner toiletries. We loved having the washer/dryer and extra refrigerator in the laundry room. We also loved the walk-in pantry to hold all our snacks. Communication was great with the ownership team and we would highly recommend this home to any travelers to Cape Coral. We would love to stay again! Thanks so much.

We spent the week at this home. It was 4 kids and 4 adults. It was the perfect space an provided a very comfortable place for us all to be together!

We love the house! The decor has a designer touch. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. We spent a lot of time in the outside area utilizing the heated pool. The canal was fun to explore with the kayaks as we saw a couple of dolphins. Overall a great vacation experience.

The house was extremely clean and lots of room. We were a group of 9 adults and the 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms were awesome. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Lots of beach towels. There were plenty of plates, plastic cups for the pool area and pots and pans. It was nice to some dish washer pods along with laundry ones. It was a fun week in Florida, and we definitely would recommend this house.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool and outdoor area were stunning — we spent most of our time lounging by the water and enjoying the peaceful canal views. It was the perfect setup for our group — my husband and I, another couple, and my father-in-law all had plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could have possibly needed. We loved spending time by the pool and taking the kayaks out on the canal — such a peaceful and fun way to start the day! The location was also fantastic — close to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else we needed, yet still quiet and private. The hosts were wonderful and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. We felt right at home the entire time and truly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and stress-free stay in Cape Coral. We can’t wait to come back!
