This home is located centrally. It is about a 20 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach and about 25 minutes to Sanibel Island. Depending on what you are looking for, both beaches are a great option. Sanibel is quieter without the amenities. Fort Myers has many options for restaurants and drinks. We spent several evenings fishing from the dock at the home. We even had a visit from dolphins and were able to hear the concert and see the fireworks from the dock.

The home fit our needs. Looks impressive walking in. Many bathrooms are nice. Could really use better furniture and an upgrade to the whole living room layout. Huge TV with a futon 4 feet away from it, tucked to the side of the living room. Wide open living room with uncomfortable furniture where you can’t sit around and talk during a game or whatever

Everything was great! We needed more towels so I reached out and they went and bought us brand new ones. Propane ran out and was replaced in a timely manner. Overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay again!
