This pool is solar Warmed. It will warm the pool as long as the weather is hot and the sun is out. In the colder parts of the year the pool will not heat to temperature as the sun is not strong enough to keep the pool heated. it will be cold with no way to adjust the temperature.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Three Palms Retreat. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, pool towels, linens and throw blankets. The showers had shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. Each sink also had liquid soap. The couches are showing some wear but we didn’t have any issues with them. Our favorite space was outside. Even though we couldn’t use the pool because it was winter/February, we still enjoyed sitting by it and using the outside table. Being able to sit down by the canal was also very nice. This house is also near lots of dining, grocery stores, Target and has easy access to both new and old Hwy 41. We would definitely stay here again!

Three Palms is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Everything needed was available as the home is well stocked. Furniture and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We ended up staying here for four weeks while we were remodeling our house just a few blocks away. Got up early, had breakfast, and went to our remodel. Came back in the evening, had dinner and crashed. As you can see, we used this as a utility house...it had everything. Lots of glasses and dishes, modern kitchen, and we didn't have to mess with anything, it was all there. There was even an organized "junk drawer" that had stuff you might need. We didn't have maid service during our stay, so we had to pick up after ourselves, but that just made it feel more like you're home. This was our first time renting a house; but for a large family, or two couples with little ones...it's way more affordable and relaxing than a hotel or resort.

Such a quiet neighborhood with beautiful evening sunsets. Great back yard area, perfect for swimming in the pool and playing cards with friends! The house inside was spacious and clean. A fabulous week at a great location.
