We just retired and decided to check out the Fort Myers area as a possible place to rent for upcoming years. We loved it! The closeness to the beach and downtown Fort Myers areas was great! We brought our bikes along to enjoy the trails, saw dolphins and manatees, did some golfing, and enjoyed the time at the house using the pool! Everything was well kept and clean. The neighborhood was great for our morning walks, and we enjoyed the view of the pond from the house. Outdoor lanai was perfect for grilling and relaxation. We will definitely be back.

We loved Herons Nest. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach and our son lives nearby. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and pillows to suit everyone. TV was tricky to figure out; cable service would be easier to use for renters. Overall, we will rent again!

stayed a month home was very equipped and plenty of pool/beach amenities you just need your bathing suite (this was nice) Pool was great and the neighborhood was very quite and relaxing. Would recommend this place to friends/family. Thanks for sharing your home with us for a month.

Nothing, 8 days of hell Worms in the swimming pool for all 8 days. They told me if I wanted clean, I would have to clean it myself. Roaches running around the entire house. Big Roaches, Medium Roaches, and Little Roaches. Also Roaches Eggs in the kitchen cabinet. Ants were also all on the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. I sent pictures and videos and noting was resolved.

The house was amazing and fully equipped for making any meal inside or on the grill. Plenty of space for relaxation. The pool makes it so you never have to leave the house .
