Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished home with a king primary suite, and two cozy queen guest bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The primary bathroom includes a bidet and grab bars for added comfort and convenience. Located just minutes from beautiful Gulf beaches, championship golf courses, waterfront restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, **Saltwater & Sunshine** is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and create unforgettable vacation memories.

We did have a great stay in Florida. We were not able to use the pool because it was cold. They do offer to heat the pool at $32 a day so we requested the pool to be heated the last 3 days of our stay and we were informed that we would have to pay for the entirety of our trip to heat the pool (at $32 a day for 6 days), even though we just only wanted the last 3 days. It was not clear online and it should be stated differently!!! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed and was very well stocked. It is a bit dated and could use some updating. And also a thorough deep cleaning of vents and ceiling fans. The showers had low water pressure and the water in the master shower drained slow, we were standing in water when we were done showering. We would consider staying here again, with just a few changes.

The house is very nice, well stocked, and well decorated. The canal is right behind the house and great for fishing. The pool tends to get lots of flying bugs in it, but they could probably fix that buy simply cleaning out the gutters attached to the pool screen.
