Everything you need for a great time! Arrangement and decorating of house wonderful. Pool , hot tub and deck area just add the final touch!

Alles sehr schön! Ausstattung super. Meldet unbedingt drei Tage vor Ankunft an, dass der Pool beheizt werden soll. Dafür kommt ein Techniker und das aufheizen dauert ca. 2-3 Tage. Whirlpool ist über das Display am Whirlpool steuerbar. Beheizter Pool kostet etwas extra. Aber das lohnt sich! Wenn der Pool oder Whirlpool etwas dreckig aussieht, einfach den Hauskontakt schreiben. Am nächsten Tag war bei uns alles wieder sauber. Top Service! Gasgrill steht in der Garage und darf nur in der Einfahrt genutzt werden. Nicht auf der Terrasse wo der Pool und Whirlpool und auch die Terrassenmöbel stehen. Das ist etwas ungünstig, sodass wir den Grill deswegen nicht benutzt haben. Vielleicht findet man hierfür noch eine Lösung für die Terrassenseite (kleineren Grill an einer sicheren Stelle auf der Terrasse). Vermutlich steht der Grill nicht auf der Terrasse aus Platz, oder Sicherheitsgründen wegen dem Screen. Sofern keine Lösung dafür zu finden ist, wäre ein Hinweis dazu in der Beschreibung vom Haus ganz gut. Das ist ja nichts schlimmes. Aber als Gast vorab gut zu wissen. Und zwei funktionale Fahrräder wären noch ein Game changer gewesen 😉.. auch das ist kein Mangel. Aber wäre nice to have. Ansonsten Ist das aus etwas altmodisch aber schön und sehr sauber eingerichtet. Die Haushaltsgeräte und Technik ist aber auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home is fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. The amenities and space made it a perfect getaway, and we truly felt at home. I will definitely be renting it again in the future!

House was clean. Layout worked well for our family. Paid for heated pool well worth the money. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of pool and bath towels. In a nice neighborhood took morning walks and felt safe. Could use some manuals for TV for confusing on what remote to use and what channels were available. Always nice to know favorite dining spots and entertainment.

This was our second time staying here. You have everything you need! The water view is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are nice to use! The layout of the house is perfect for sharing with another couple or for families. The location is great and close to pretty much anything. Can’t go wrong with this one!!
