The house was great.

Easy access, clean, large home. Enjoyed our stay.

Our family had such a wonderful time in this house. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. It would certainly be nice if the pool was heated. A bedroom with twin beds, or a bunks with a full size bed to accommodate children, would also make this home perfect for families. All things considered, we were very happy and loved it.

The house is very beautiful first impressions it’s a showstopper. Large, clean, Master bathroom awesome. It is very well equipped.(with exceptions) My three star review is because of the property management company and the lack of response. when first checking in, I reached out to them letting them know there was no wash cloths in the home. Reaching out every day via text being told that someone local on the ground would take care of this issue two days three days four days. Upon checking out I have received absolutely zero response from the local people. Of course I went and purchased the items that we needed to be able to bathe. It’s been four days at this point and still no respond to my reimbursement request. It would be a nice addition to the home if a operations book was available, with things like TV operation, local happenings, when the trash is collected. Cans right outside the front door when we arrived cans full and as you can imagine the Oder very unpleasant. ( we would have been more than happy to wheel out to the curb.) Another thing I want to mention FYI is the pool is not heated and the house only gets sun first thing in the morning.

We have been renting in Cape Coral each year for 10 years and stayed in many homes. This is a beautiful home with high end furnishings and appliances HOWEVER, if you enjoy indoor/outdoor living DO NOT rent this house. There are alarms on every patio door that requires you to push a button coming in and out so that a squealing alarm doesn’t go off. Therefore you cannot leave the patio doors open freely. Also, there are NO beach accessories available at all. If I had known the alarms were there, I would never have rented this house. We had a few issues that the management company took care of as quickly as they could considering the Christmas holiday.

We enjoyed our week in Cape Coral. This home had a ton of kitchen supplies, ps4 for kids & pool table. I feel the home had everything we needed or could have used except a cooler, pool floaties, and any beach supplies like chairs or umbrella. Other than those things, this house met or exceeded our needs & expectations! Pool furniture with cushions were very comfortable & a ton of beach towels there which we appreciated! Safe neighborhood and about 30-45 minutes from any beach city like Fort Myers, Captiva, Sanibel, etc. We would definitely stay again!
